Community Values

In some ways, this domain is the easiest to write about but also has the most to cover. There is ample evidence in my previous domains that could easily apply here. I could highlight the benefits the upgraded Hyper-V Cluster provided to the larger EPS community or delve deeper into how the Informacast project is perhaps the most community-focused initiative I have undertaken at EPS. While I collaborated with others on both of these projects, focusing solely on them might miss the broader essence of what community means at EPS.

Instead, I believe a different approach is needed. Although I have suggested reading my other articles for context on the previous domains, I strongly encourage you to read the following articles. They offer a deeper insight into what community truly means to me.

Throughout my time at EPS, I have consistently engaged with compassion and trust, fostering respectful and productive relationships. From working closely with colleagues, to making time for daily conversations about personal interests and family, I have prioritized building a strong sense of community. Whether it was tackling challenges during the Informacast upgrade, managing the rollout of the Follett Destiny system, or supporting emergency management initiatives, my efforts have always been underpinned by a genuine interest in my colleagues’ lives and well-being.

Please take a moment to review the articles found at the link below. As always, there are some highlighted sections for your convenience.
