Throughout my tenure at EPS, I have consistently engaged with compassion and trust, developing respectful and productive relationships with community members. From collaborating closely with colleagues like Jannell, Jordan, and Matt during the Informacast system upgrade, to making time for daily conversations about personal interests and family, I have prioritized building a strong sense of community. My efforts in emergency management, asset management, and daily tech support have always been underpinned by a genuine interest in my colleagues’ lives and well-being, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone’s contributions are valued and appreciated.

I have fostered a sense of true belonging for all community members by leading with understanding and grace. I prioritize open communication and collaboration, as seen in my work on the Informacast upgrade and asset management system, ensuring everyone’s needs and perspectives are considered. I make time for meaningful conversations, showing genuine interest in colleagues’ lives, from personal hobbies to family milestones. By balancing professional responsibilities with a compassionate approach, I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and connected.

I have understood and incorporated the school’s mission and vision by engaging in initiatives that promote critical thinking, responsible action, compassionate leadership, and wise innovation. My work on the Hyper-V Cluster upgrade demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving, addressing outdated infrastructure and enhancing system efficiency. Leading the Informacast upgrade showcased responsible action and wise innovation, significantly improving our emergency response capabilities.

Implementing the Follett Destiny asset management system further exemplified wise innovation and responsible action by streamlining resource tracking and improving overall efficiency. My dedication to fostering a supportive community through daily conversations and collaboration reflects compassionate leadership, ensuring that all team members feel valued and connected. These efforts collectively embody our mission to inspire students to create a better world through thoughtful, responsible, and compassionate actions.

I have consistently partnered with colleagues on projects outside of my immediate team responsibilities, demonstrating a collaborative spirit. Beyond my primary IT duties, I contributed to bringing the TMAC, ANNEX, TALI and MS buildings online, assisting with networking and assembly tasks. I collaborated with Jordan and Matt on integrating new Informacast features, and with Jannell and now Ellie on deploying the Follett Destiny asset management system. These partnerships reflect my commitment to supporting broader school initiatives and enhancing our community’s infrastructure and emergency preparedness.

As a strong and positive ambassador for EPS in the wider community, I consistently demonstrate the school’s values through my actions and collaborations. I have actively sought advice and best practices from external sources, like consulting the Tech Director of Lake Washington School District for asset management solutions. My leadership in implementing advanced systems like Informacast and Follett Destiny showcases EPS’s commitment to innovation and excellence. By maintaining robust relationships with vendors and staying informed on industry trends, I represent EPS as a forward-thinking and collaborative institution dedicated to continuous improvement.

I have communicated and modeled appropriate behavioral expectations through consistent professionalism and supportive interactions. My journey began with embracing new challenges and responsibilities, as highlighted in my transition from Webmaster to contributing to significant projects like bringing the TMAC building online. I lead by example in collaborative efforts, ensuring clear and respectful communication with colleagues like Jannell, Jordan, and Matt. During the Informacast upgrade and Follett Destiny rollout, I demonstrated patience and problem-solving, setting a standard for perseverance and teamwork.
